Julie over books and hurries with her clients. She talks over you and can not explain what you think you would like. When it does not come out right she blames you because you can not get a word in. I had to pay her then go to someone else to get it fixed. A great stylist would take her time on each client so color would come out right. I feel stressed even going in to explain what I would like she treats you like you don't know what you want.
Julie is the absolute best stylist in Hollister. I have tried many and she is by far the best!!! She does great work, and my hair always looks amazing!!! I dont have fear of going to the salon wondering how its going to look when it's done, because the color and cut is always perfect. Highlights, low lights, the color is always excellent, and exactly what I want!! Also, Being a busy mom it's hard to make time for my hair. Julie always works with me to set an appointment that's convenient for both of us. Not only is she the best stylist, but she has a great personality too. She is very easy to talk to and get along with.
A few days before my wedding my stylist came down with the flu and the team at Tranquility Salon saved a bride! I met with them this past Saturday for updo and makeup on my wedding day! They are all amazing and treated me like family! I felt and looked like a Princess! Thank you!
