Just moved to Harborcreek from Miami and I love what Stacey did with my boyfriends hair. She was extremely honest and he absolutely loves his haircut!

Yesterday I had my hair cut by Becky and it was the worst one I've ever had in my life! I explained how I wanted it cut in detail and she managed to do the complete opposite. I wanted an angled bob with some texturizing. Angled meaning a little shorter in the back and then longer, or angled downward toward the chin. I specified the angled front should be at least 1 inch below the chin. Then I even demonstrated how I wanted her to do the texturing. She made it really short in the back and then angled it UPWARD so it's even shorter in the front. Also, she cut my hair ABOVE the jawline. When I told her that's not what I asked for, her response was, "well I can make it shorter." I told her it was already too short so that isn't the answer. When she was doing the "texturing," she was only "trimming" about a millimeter off. That's when I showed her how to do it (I have experience with that), yet she still wasn't doing it. I really think she's never done texturing or layering before and was clueless about how to do it. My hair is SO UGLY I can't stand it! I usually tip $5 for a $20 hair cut. When I got home (i was fuming the whole ride home) I called them to make an appointment with another stylist to fix Becky's horrible job. I even asked for the tip back because I feell it wasn't earned. In summary, she didn't do a single thing I asked for.

This is the best place in the Erie area to get your haircut. Yes, I am slightly biased. Becky has cut my hair since I have had hair. Literally. But she knows what I want done when I sit in the chair, she does it well and without me ever asking her what needs done. She knows her customers and knows them well. I no longer live in the Erie area, but every time I am back, I try to get my haircut here. If it is worth me trying to arrange my haircutting around my visits back to Harborcreek, then it is worth your time visiting Becky, Barb and the gang. You won't be disappointed!
