From another review: "...their kindness and sincerity when scheduling and taking their time with each client." I found the exact opposite. I stopped by asking if they could fit me in at 540. They close at 6. They made me SPEAK TO THEM THROUGH A CLOSED And LOCKED DOOR. I could barely hear because of road noise. When I asked if they could open the door they said NO! I called and I asked if that was because of a safety concern, they just said no. She just "didn't want to go through the trouble of unlocking the door". I questioned this and she called ME rude and hung up on me. This does not seem like kindness or sincerity. As for taking time with a client. If she had taken the time to speak to me she might have found out I am only town for a short time. To take care of my 92 year old mother who was in the hospital and try to get her well enough to get to the 100th anniversary gala of the Erie Playhouse this weekend to which she has dedicated her life. And just hoping to make myself look presentable. She COULD have bent her rules to accommodate me. Or she COULD have figured out another solution. Instead she yelled at me through a closed door and hung up on me.
