Hair Co in Lapeer, MI

I don't normally post reviews but honestly Erica was amazing. She was extremely informative, patient, and sweet. I am very thankful for that because I was being extra picky due to previous hair nightmares, and was apprehensive to try a new salon. But I am SO glad I did. I couldn't be happier with my cut, color, and style! Erica is truly passionate about her work, and cares about her customers. She took her time to ensure I was happy with the service and products purchased. I will be a repeat customer for years to come and have recommended the salon to family and friends. I will be calling for an appointment as soon as they reopen (they're currently closed due to COVID-19). And I recommend you do the same!

The hair company is always a friendly place to visit. They offer many services and the staff there is always very helpful. I get a great hair cut at a decent price. Have gotten my nails done and massages and have never been disappointed. Would highly recommend this salon.

I gave a five star overall. Hair dressers we've been to, Kelley, Craig are awesome. Talented friendly. Craig great for boys, men's probably women but I haven't been to him. Kelley all around great! Kelley is super fun and friendly. Proprieters are nice. Setting nice. Gal that does facial is great. Sooo relaxing. Massage girl however not impressive. Does not seem knowledgeable regarding muscle groups etc... Very soft massage. Felt no benefits after. I also have to comment on the older receptionist lady. Very rude. I got a cup of coffee from the carafe and asked for three little creamers if she had anymore. I was very polite and thankful. She said "Oh my God"! You need that many (6 total of those little creamers). It was not in a joking manner. Very rude and unprofessional. She does not fit in with the nice people here I've known for years.

While in town for a family wedding last week, a few of us made nail appointments here. I was impressed by how incredibly friendly and accommodating the staff behaved towards our group. I got a mani/pedi with the bride which was relaxing and fun. The groom had an hour massage which he kept raving about. My review would have been 5 stars, but the quality of nail products that were used was pretty low. My cousin paid extra for the shellac, and it popped off two of her nails within a few hours. It looks like they use a lower quality than the regular salon brands you see in most places, I didn't recognize the brand of gel polish she used on her nails. Other than that, our experience was great!
