Impression Nail & Spa in Lapeer, MI

This is by far the best place in the area to have your nails done. Not only is it super clean with a relaxing atmosphere, the staff are all very friendly. I love doing business where the people working there seem genuinely happy and get along well. There does not seem to be a lot of turnover in staff for the years I have been going there... and it's nice to have such a high quality service with friendly faces to come back to each time.

Horrible . The first time I went there and got my acrylics filled. It made my cuticles all itchy and irritated but because there's not a lot of nail salons in Lapeer, I thought that I'd give them a second chance, pulled in at 8:56 knowing that they didn't open till nine and assuming I'd have to wait which I was fine with but they're open sign was on so I walked up to the door thinking maybe they had unlocked the doors early but they were still locked which was fine but the woman look directly at me as I walked back to my car. The second I got back to my car. Another lady came up and tried to pull in the door also and that lady that just looked at me came up and unlocked the door for her. So I turned around and went in then she basically told me she could not take me until five hours later, but took the Walk in that she unlock the door for that would have really been there after me if she had the same decency to come open the door for me that she did for her.

I went there to get my nails done for my wedding and my full set didn't even make it through my honeymoon before the tips broke off. They looked okay beforehand, but I won't be back.

Made an appointment for dip nails & a pedicure at 9am. Arrived 10 minutes early waited in my car until my appointment time then has to wait outside in the cold until the door was unlocked at 10 after, upon entering one of the rudest employees seemed bothered I showed up on time for my appointment. No greeting whatsoever , told me to sign in on the iPad which wasn't working. I will say the girl who did my pedicure did a decent job. However I had to wait for one of the owners to do my dip. The worst dip service I've ever had. She was very late and rude. She left glops of dip powder on my nails and didn't smooth out around the cuticle area. Within a day or two dip was chipping off. This salon shouldn't offer sip service as it is not done properly. I was hoping this salon was going to workout for me as it's much closer to drive to than my regular salon which is 40 min drive. I will make the 40 minute drive from now on.

Worst pedicure of my life and expensive..save your time and money.
