came here the first time and the female tech was great. my second visit was horrible. My nails was clumpy and thick, customer service from the male tech was equally as horrendous. will not be returning.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Similar to the downs of other reviews, this place is severely underwhelming. I came here after another local salon was booked but I should've waited. Instead, I passed by this place after I was told there wouldn't be a wait, which should've been the first red flag. There is no wait for this salon for a reason. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Today will be the last time I ever walk in that shop again!! Very disappointed by Cherry had a appointment she double booked and already started on my nails and she chose the other customers!! I've spent too much money with them but never again all my families business will go elsewhere!!
Nails were super lumpy, my sisters nails weren't as lumpy but it was her birthday and she was almost in tears. Just paid no fixing I didn't see the point in asking at that point we had been there almost 2 hours. They used to be really good, they were really friendly.
