I've been to this place twice. I only need my hair washed and dried, as I have muscular dystrophy and have a lot of trouble doing this myself. The first time, the woman was a little rude and barely spoke to me, but did the job just fine - although it is just washing and drying - not rocket science. The second time I stopped in 30 mins to close and was told there were two people in front of me (both men, so they should've been quick) and the woman who was speaking to me told me that the woman working was the only one clocked in and by the time she got done it would be closing time. I asked if they really couldn't squeeze me in for a wash and was told no. I read in another review about how they are turning people away before close...I guess these people don't want to get paid!!! It's pure laziness and they've lost me as a customer.
absolutely rude!!!!! needed a cut for my son and yeah it was 20 mins to closing but I work late and asked if they could squeeze one more in and the lady RUDELY responded "NOPE" he has short hair and it would have taken 5-10 mins to buzz him...... was going to throw a $20 tip out but thank you lady for saving me $20 plus the cost of the cut!! definitely a HARD PASS on that place!!! no appointments needed it said on the window...... sad how rude people are! must be tiring to stand there all day
Worst place ever. I went and got my hair cut here and the lady didn't fade the sides of my head the same way. She didn't even attempt to fix them on side of my head never going back
I have been here twice and both times it was bad. The first time I went and had a trim. They were so rude and cold, not friendly at all. Acted like I was a nuisance. Plus when I got home I had to fix my bangs myself, they were completely crooked. I decided about a year later to give them another chance, thinking maybe the first time was a fluke. But no, same exact thing! I took my daughter in to get a trim. Same cold attitude (was not even the same person!) same annoyed expression, barely any small talk. This time there 2 stylists in the place and both acted so miserable. Plus, yet again, when we got home I had to fix my daughter's hair cut as it was all crooked. I won't go back. They shouldn't even be in business.
