Great Cut's & Color in Lake Elsinore, CA

Why do I have to give even 1 star just ro post a review? It doesn't seem quite fair when the whole point if a review is to be able to share your honest thoughts and experiences on and from a person, place, or thing, with other possible (suckers) I mean clients and present to them the facts so that they can make an informed yet independent decision on whether or not to conduct business with those under review. So by making it impossible to communicate these facts to the public unless clicking on atleast even 1 star seems counter productive and dishonest when someone's experience with a business was so under par and less then satisfactory! Which by the way was the case at Great cuts and Color... wellvactually let me back up. You see...I can't honestly leave ANY star because I've not been able to actually get this salon to open their doors even though there is clearly stylists inside with clients in the chairs. They seem to be operating outside the hours posted on the door and 5hey only unlock it and let certain people in. When ..IF anybody answers their phone they ask for your name after telling them what it is u need done and it appears that if they don't already know you they then say "I'm sorry but we're closed today" even though they are there answering calls, their are people inside and they were just "closed" 2 days qgo. They clearly pic and choose who they want as clients which I guess is technically their prerogative but morally wrong.

Had a less than ideal experience color correcting my hair when Elva worked on me this past weekend. We had agreed on a price but when I paid I for the patch job at the end .. it was $25 more than we agreed, she styled my hair with out asking and charged me for it. (So make sure you are clear you don't want that or she will just do it automatically.) when I returned to ask her about the patches and what we can do to fix it, she was completely rude about her work. Didn't apologize, didn't stop what she was doing to see her work on me. Blamed me for not knowing it would take multiple processes, even though she never mentioned the possibility of it coming out patchy again. Elva's customer service was very poor and this arrogant woman needs to humble herself and care more about her work. I have to go another couple weeks with patches still in my hair.

Been in lake Elsinore for 6 months now. I've tried at least 5 shops so far. Let me tell you, this has been the best at the most affordable price. Recommend,

Worst haircut of my life I asked for a trim and she practically shaved my entire head her daughter in law started my Haircut and then the other girl finished it and shaved it all after she knew I only wanted a trim if I could id give this a 0 stars
