They are lacking in knowledge when it comes to those with TEXTURED hair who are tan, brown, black. Never again will I be requesting their sevices. Their services/prices are al-a-cart; which I was not aware or made aware. My wash, cut, blow-dry and flat iron cost me over $60.
I was hesitant at first because getting my son a haircut is literally the most stressful thing I try to avoid doing at all costs.
Tammy however was INCREDIBLE! a daunting task that usually takes a torturous 1 hr to cut my autistic son's hair took maybe 25 minutes.
She was kind , quick and efficient. I am soooo happy we went and she now has a forever customer with my family.
I asked for bangs. This is the legit worst thing I've ever experienced. Completely uneven and ridiculously ridiculous looking. Took them five minutes and cost me 27 dollars + my dignity. Never go here.

Terrible store. Didn't open on time (at least 20 minutes late). Their Website claimed online check-in was unsupported at this location. When I showed up they told me someone had checked in online ahead of me. I guess online checkin only works once the store is open and the erroneous message is an issue with their website.
This place is completely mismanaged, stay away.
Gross. They don't clean equipment between haircuts properly and some of the stylists don't listen. Begrudging left a tip and paid for a crooked haircut. They don't follow proper procedure for waiting in line like other locations. Got an infection on my neck, probably because of poor sanitation. Never going back.
