I'm very glad I found this salon. I have super curly hair and most places are unable to successfully straighten my hair so that it lasts more than a day without the damage and Valeria did an amazing job--she dried my hair in the hood dryer and then an awesome blow out followed by the flat iron (she asked before doing it) with heat protectant.

I came here to get my hair done for my wedding day. The owner knowingly gave me in inexperienced stylist. The style I wanted was a simple hair down style with a loose curl. The stylist overblown my hair. She spent more than 40 minutes blow drying my hair and pulled my hair very hard. I knew my hair wouldn't hold a curl due to it being overblown and by the end of the day the curls were gone, my hair was super straight and flat. I'm avoiding facing the damage to my hair by it being overblown and heat damaged. The stylist couldn't speak English. The translator told her twice that I want my hair volumized and showed her pictures. Another stylist had to come and fix my hair. Then the owner had to apologize and tried to fix my hair. I didn't know that wanting loose curls was a hard endeavor. This took 90 minutes. The only redeemable thing about this experience was the cheap price. I would not recommend this salon if you have fine hair. Seems like they don't have experience with fine hair-only coarse hair.

These sneaky fkn people snuck a relaxer in my hair without permission & I did not want a relaxer. My hair fell out this weekend and it smells & reeks of chemical relaxer perm. The new london salon on Williams. The lady who usually does my hair burned the shit out of me while blow drying my hair & kirsis said oh dont touch it & they knew why i was easily burned bcs they knew the girl they had that walked off the street to wash my hair snuck a relaxer in while washing my hair & thats why my scalp is STILL sensitive to the touch & when i brush my hair it hurts so bad.  I am so f****** mad right now my hair is so thin and brittle and it does not look like it usually looks when I get it done there this is the first time they have ever done something like this I am livid I am pissed I am ripping pissed and mad right now I'm crying I feel like I've been raped bcs of this sneaky shit.
It's Sunday afternoon so I will not be able to confront them about this until Tuesday when they open but I am so so mad right now my hair stinks like relaxer
A new girl came and washed my hair and for some reason I asked her not to I didn't want her to wash it I wanted adelajda to wash it but they insisted on her washing it and all the sudden this is the first time that this has happened to me she snuck a perm in the shampoo or conditioner I am so pissed about this I even gave them a huge tip. I cannot believe that this happened to me my hair is falling out in the shower and it is so thin and brittle and smells like relaxer straight up. I did not tell them to do this to me I felt like it was punishment for asking that girl not to wash my hair and that I wanted to wait for adelida to wash my hair so she was probably mad or something so she called herself sneaking a relaxer in my hair she wasn't even part of the salon crew she just walked in and they told me that she used to work there and I was very uncomfortable with it but I didn't want to offend her and I told her I wanted to wait for the lady but the other lady had somebody in her chair I am so pissed right now I am crying as I am writing this review because my hair stinks like relaxer all my new growth is thin and brittle now and my hair is very thin and falling out because of what they have done to me a few days ago also she burned me while she was blow drying my hair that was the first clue that a relaxer was in my shit & the learners daughter told her to wash my hair with cold water I believe it was to mask the smell of the relaxer so I had to endure freezing cold water while getting my hair washed for 20 minutes & it was strange because she lied about the hot water being off but when I went to the bathroom to wash my hands the water and the bathroom was hot... I did not fully realize about relaxer being in my hair while i was there but few days later i put water so my hair but it was falling out throughout the days right after when I when combing it but also when I put water to it it smells straight like chemical be careful do not go to them I've been to them about 10 times and this is the first time this has happened to me also they were talking shit about me in Spanish and they think I didn't know. It was the owner and the other female customers & the owners daughter & the 2 women who work there.

This salon was recommended to me by a coworker who has been going there for years and I went to get my color and cut fixed after going to Ulta and getting my hair done by an amateur. Kirsis did an amazing job!! I showed her a picture of the color I wanted and she succeeded. Highly recommend!
