02.27.2023 There was a white lady and a black man serving us.The man had no experience cutting hair and ruined my sons hair just before our vacation.The lady had a terrible attitude she was telling me not to come back if we don't like it.She also did a terrible hair cut on my daughter.Worst experience ever.Would never go back to any great clips ever.
No frills no thrills and nothing to write home about. No mask wearing made me nervous. My haircut was done in less than 5 minutes, not kidding. In fact, it's the shortest haircut I've ever gotten in my life. Not sure if the guy was trying to impress me by being fast? In the end, one sideburn was super long compared to the other. I got home and had to fix myself. Not impressed, a little weird, will skip this location.
I went in asking for a trim on the top & she ended up cutting more than half of my hair off and uneven , this Is not what I asked for!! staff is rushing and doesnt listen to your request. I Will not return

Trainees should have to disclose they're new and not going to give you your money worth. Don't know her name but long curly blonde hair. Nobody waiting entire time I was there yet took over 30 mins with non stop asking for help from other employee. Not going back here ever again. Big disappointment!!!
