Rating is for RICARDO. Ricardo is AMAZING, he takes his time and doesn't yank on hair as it's being cut. Very professional, polite, and continues to work on his clients until the cuts are completed. He TAKES HIS TIME and continues until the full cut is completed. As for the others - they should CELEBRATE that Ricardo has a client base and not roll their eyes when he is requested. I'm incredibly picky about who cuts my hair and have stopped in a couple of times to see when Ricardo was going to be in next - as opposed to trying to get me to have someone ELSE cut my hair and rolling their eyes, why not just give me an accurate answer of when my selected person to cut my hair is in?? The kicker - I've tried the others in this location and have left with some pretty rushed / BAD cuts where spots were missing and I had "stand up comedians", so it's not like I didn't try! 5 stars for Ricardo, 2 stars for the others.
