I made an appointment with Bellus Salon in Vancouver, WA about 10 days ago. This was by telephone, I spoke with a live person at the salon. I was going to be a new customer. She told me that they did not have an opening until approximately 10 days later, (today). That was fine. I made the appointment. I received notification via my telephone twice during the past 10 days including the notice last night before my appointment. I went to my appointment which was at 10:00 am this morning. I was told that my stylist (Christine) was not there. They called her and she was unaware that she had an appointment and was home with her kids. THIS IS NOT OKAY. The excuse I got from the stylist who was there, was that they were on a computerized system and sometimes they do not know that an appointment has been scheduled. How is that possible? Not only did I make the appointment via telephone 10 days prior, I received notification twice as reminders. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. She asked me if I wanted to reschedule. Are you kidding me? I will never go to this salon and I suggest that no one else does either.
