I had an extremely good experience at this location today. I didn't catch my stylist's name, but she was quick, attentive, and gave seriously one of the best haircuts I've ever received. Coming from closer to DC where haircuts run 2x - 3x times the GreatClip's price, I was very happy and will certainly be returning!

Recently, worst haircut given by a guy at Great Clips. Forget about customer service he did not know how to cut hair...most inexperienced in his profession. When I complained what he did to my hair...he simply said that's how your hair is and you are not used to this new look. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME, AND YOUR HAIR BY NOT USING, Great Clips services at Epicerie Plaza in Sterling Va. They don't deserve even 1 star in review. Worst services.

Been coming here for almost a year. Every time I tell myself it's the last time coming here but today is it. Rude service, inconsistent hair cutting. The staff talks Vietnamese to each other and is all but certainly talking behind your back. That's it. Screw this place. I'm done. Never again will they get $1 from me.
