Took my son for a haircut today and it is absolutely horrible. One side of his head the hair is much longer than the other, horrible blending job and the so called "stylist" did not even come close to cutting his hair per my instructions. I could do a better job and have minimal experience cutting hair. I would not recommend this place at all!
Checked in with est wait time of 15 mins. 45 still waiting. I asked the people next to me if they had been here before. They were waiting for their brother who was getting a trim, for the past 60 mins! They couldn't believe it was taking that long. 2 people checked in as well ended up walking out while we were waiting. I ended up leaving as well. Wasted an hour for nothing.
It nevers works out for me. Something gets lost in translation. I have had multiple stylist's and it is rarely what I want.
The way they run things at this location, is absolutely HORRIBLE!! The people working seem they have no clue what they are doing, was sitting there for 30 minutes after she said 25 minute wait time, than sure enough 2 others walked in and got their cuts immediately. She then told me it would be an additional 25-30 minute wait time. After that, I just walked out, very crappy service and very disappointed in this location!!!
