Great service and amazing nails! Mina and Pam were so sweet and kind! Love how my spring nails turned out.
I got a full set and one of my nails fell off within a week. I went back in and got the nail replaced along with two others repainted because half of them were not when I left the salon in the first place. After getting the one nail replaced, two more fell off. I am extremely upset of the price I paid for these just to have fallen off.
The staff was super friendly and professional. We got the seasonal watermelon pedicures and gel extensions with some nail art. We were not sure what to expect for the kids but they took really good care of them and everyone loved the end results. Overall it was a fun and positive experience.
Came in for a pedi and once I put my feet in the water, it was SCORCHING hot which normally I wouldn't mind a quick fix but this woman's response was "I don't think it's that hot" as I recoiled in pain and even laughed at myself to be polite. She seemed like maybe she was having a bad day but she was very awkward to get a pedi from. I didn't say anything and just continued to be nice, and at the end she refused to do a simple manicure in the middle of the day with no customers waiting. I could tell she went to her boss and told her to tell me she couldn't do it for me. Weird experience.... 3 stars bc the French tip is fine and she was probably just having a bad day, but I'd probs give 2 stars. UPDATE: she broke my toe nail. 1 star.
Mina and her staff are the best. They are true nail artists and the ambiance is relaxing and clean.
