Tiffany did a great job on my son's hair. She listened to what I requested but, most importantly she constantly was checking in with him to make sure he was comfortable and having a good experience. This location is incredibly busy but Tiffany was energetic and kind. Highly recommend.
I've been going here several years and everyone knows me. I got a hair cut today and afterwards explained to the young lady that cut my hair that I was out of town for Veterans Day which I was in Tennessee and ask if I could get the vets day deal since I wasn't here. She said fine but this newly made person in charge told me no when we got to the cash register said that if I let you do it all the people would try. Now she also knows me and had cut my hair before I wasn't trying to hustle a free hair cut. 17 bucks please!
Well needless to say it's my last rodeo there so sad I'm a business owner and there are times I do beyond to keep a customer at the expense of a few dollar loss . But she didn't see that so now I say good by to this location. I hope it was worth it!!!!
Stopped by for a cut today, since I didn't have an appointment and they had only on chair in the salon I was told to wait outside. What will happen when the temperature is in the 30's will they have patio heaters? Patheyic way to run this place, I simply left.
The next time I just need a simple trim for my curly hair I'll just do it myself, burn $17, and skip the condescending comments about my hair and products.
Great place. Trust them with my life!! I recently had to stop in on the way to an event and they were so accommodating - I'll certainly be back!
