My wife and I went to Great Clips this morning. I don't know if the person that came to the front desk was having a bad day. But, she definitely had a bad attitude. This was the North Plaza location. We left and went to the Perry Hall location. Want a difference. I will not be going back to North Plaza location again.
They do what they want - not what the customers wants. There is to much chatter about their personal lives. I don't want to hear it, just concentrate on giving me the hair cut I want.
I am a long time customer and have always enjoyed the friendly service at this location However at my last visit a few weeks back after checking their website, I was a bit taken aback to see one of the providers mask less. The website clearly says that both providers and customers need to wear masks . When I commented that she was not wearing her mask as she must be vaccinated, the provider was visibly upset and told me that it was a HIPPA violation and I should not ask her that Firstly HIPPA does not cover this question . Secondly given the close proximity to customers it is jeopardizing customers health when the provider do not mask up Thirdly it is hypocritical to expect the customers to mask up if the providers do not do the same
I got a haircut here at Parkville location 3 weeks ago. The woman was rushed due to only 2 people working around 3:35pm and 4 customers waiting. I asked for my hair to be cut short covering half my ear. It was an awful cut, not what I asked for at all. After 2-3 days it looked like my hair wasn't cut at all! And I have to get another haircut! Usually my haircuts last 3 months! She didn't show me the back after she was done. I knew she didn't cut it right when I left but I was so disgusted I just wanted to leave & fix it later. And I kept going back and forth whether to leave a review. I went to this location 3 times due to it being 5 minutes from my home. Only once was I satisfied I will not be going back there.
Just had my 18 month's hair cut by Ms. Crystal. She did a wonderful job and was so sweet with my son. It wasn't crowded at all but it was during a Ravens game. We will be back for sure!
