Went in for the picture attached type cut..and both the women working didnt know how to do it. They were rude and talked back. I'll stick with the poplar level rd location, they know what they are doing!
My experiences here have been hit or miss but it is very clean and well kept unlike a lot of businesses in the south end.
They will do basic hair cuts, etc. I think the fee for a kids cut is a little high considering they clipper most of it and barely brush the extra hair off.
They have online check in which is great!!

I'm normally not a person to write a negative review, but this haircut is SO BAD, I feel obligated to post it. My husband got a haircut at this location for the first time by a lady named Beverly. He asked for a LOW FADE with a trim up top and walked out with this haircut (view picture). Not only is it completely opposite of what he asked for and the worst haircut EVER, the cut/side is not even. Does GREAT CLIPS hire just about anyone? Enough said. Beverly needs to be fired. I am taking this up to corporate as well.
I get a fantastic haircut every time I go there. The staff there is always friendly and does a great job!
