I was searching for a salon in Louisville that uses Goldwell hair color. I called J Estell and was told Jennifer B uses Goldwell. Jennifer is an amazingly talented stylist. I absolutely love what she has done with my hair. This salon is fully staffed. From the receptionist to stylists you feel welcome. There are all age groups being serviced here

I have never had a more pleasant experience at a
salon. Taylor Bradshaw always takes into consideration what I want for my hair, but is willing to recommend what she feels like is the best fit. Her expertise has kept me from making decisions that I would end up later regretting. She goes above and beyond to work me in when I have schedule changes and quickly responds to messages whenever I need to reach out. I would highly encourage anyone in the Louisville area to schedule time with Taylor!
I made an appointment for a hair consultation.
I took the afternoon off for it. I arrived on time. They turned me away. I was told they called multiple times to cancel. I checked my phone in front of the receptionist, I did not have any communication from them. She confirmed my number. It's correct. They did not call nor text, lied right to my face. They said I could see Becca, who I saw last because Taylor was busy. They said they don't ALLOW clients to bounce back and forth... when I stated I drove all the way here, and this has wasted my valuable time they said "well we have no shows on your account and that's hard for us to schedule around, and there has been a lack of communication " I have canceled previously, I never recall no showing, BUT IF I HAD, you punish me by in turn by wasting my time as a client? Never again. So Unprofessional. And embarrassing, I was turned away and treated like I wasn't good enough to get my hair done by the great Taylor. Horrible experience, I recommend people go somewhere they are treated with courtesy and respect.
