I brought my 2 yo son in for a hair cut. Kristy cut his hair and did the best hair cut he has had yet! She will be our regular person we go to for his hair cuts. Very happy! Always quick to get in especially with the online check in.
This is where modern meets old school. Today, I wanted to check in for a haircut and when I called, the gal was hesitant to take my name down. She told me to use the app or online. What happened to the days when one called in and they had taken your name down and put you on the list directly? I went on the website and found that it had redirected me to the check in page, after trying to find the location I wanted to check in to. Pretty frustrating.
Well I took my son to great chips near subway because my son had so much hair. I just asked for smallbon The sides and don't cut a lot in the front. This lady started to cut my sons hair. she was doing ok until she started to cut 3 inches above the ear. My son started making a bad and and then cry. I just ignored him because he always cries but this time he had the right to cry. The other great clips near the uclid Kroger is really good but not this one this was was horrible. She made my sons hair so short. Not to go full Karen mode but I wanted to talking to the manager. This girl also didn't take all the hair out of my sons neck and face like the f. She just did watlever and annoyed my son she kept saying oh your head up high even though my sons head was up high. I would not recommend. Not even for my worst hater.
I was having guests over for dinner (sister, brother in law and their cute new single neighbor). Thought I'd get a haircut, time permitting as I wanted the house to look nice and the meal to turn out well. Made an appointment for 3:30. All I needed was a 5 minute #2 buzz cut. At 4:30 I was still waiting for my 3:30 appt. Didn't have time to wait any longer. Very disappointed in poor service. I advised them of my 3:30 appt when I arrived at 3:15 and they never gave me updates or acknowledged my 1+ hour of waiting. WILL NEVER RETURN! Why schedule an appointment if you still need to wait over an hour for a simple 5 minute buzz???
