I am ending my many years of being a Great Clips customer. At 10am this past Friday, your stylist?, Shawnee was beyond rude with annoying body language, facial expressions, and speaking to me. Unbelievably ugly and rude when I asked her to check my eyebrows.
Even more rude when checking out with not even extending a thank you. I asked her why so polite today, and she walked away mumbling expletives under her breath! My card chip not working, which was solved in less than 30 seconds, obviously did not fit her very busy? schedule expectations for a Great Clips many years customer.

so I went to the beaumont location of this place and usually always do but this one guy cut my hair and was super old so probably wasn't very aware of his surroundings or what he was doing. i told him i only wanted a couple inches off and showed him where to cut my hair, but he proceeded to chop off half a foot of my hair. then i was disappointed to the point I almost cried and he started insulting me and my mom and telling us how we were wrong and I needed to learn how to talk. never again. don't go here unless you want half your hair gone and especially don't go to that old guy. TERRIBLE.

I went in for a basic trim-- didn't think someone could mess that up too bad-- and walked out looking super tacky. I told Ken I wanted to keep as much of the length as possible, but I did want some angling around the front. He took off 6 inches in the front. Now my hair doesn't even stay in my ponytail. I feel like I'm growing my bangs out again. I'm livid.
