The nicest stylist named Jennifer is no longer there, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else based on previous visits. The assistant manager Kathy is so bad, there aren't words for her inadequacy. Customer service isn't great, as I've noticed everyone there looks tired and overwhelmed. Too bad Jennifer is no longer there because she really lit the place up. My daughter always got a small toy from her, and she just knew how to make everyone happy, even if they were in a different stylists chair.

I just went to get my haircut here and I had a really amazing my experience. I got my haircut by Jen who was super friendly and listened to what I wanted done. She was extremely thorough and super friendly the whole time. Plus, she has really pretty and colorful hair. If you're nearby here I would definitely suggest stopping in if you're in need of a haircut or even just a simple trim.

I've waited exactly 1 hours and I was on 4th place. It took them 30 minutes to cut 3 people and I made my reservation an hour ahead. They are good barbers and are awesome, I watch patiently Ms.Nicole and Ms.Cathy and believe it or not they CARE, they care on our seniors, they care and careful with kids and also they are to every single customer that walk-in to this establishment. Ms.Nicole is the one who will cut my hair from now on.
