The staff was told to leave the hair 6 inches long. She cut my daughters hair so short, she now has to wear a wig. There's no way you can hide a haircut this bad. My grown daughter was in tears! On top of that, she was left with marks on her head.

I got a haircut and the haircut came out great, but I was dissatisfied with the service.
My haircut was with an employee named Luz, she brought me to my chair and I told her what I wanted to do with my hair. I wanted a bob and she pulls out a pair of clippers. She reassured me that she uses the clippers often and that the line will come out straighter, however as she was doing this, she was cutting my neck. I was unaware that I was being cut, I never had clippers used on my hair before, so I thought it was just the guard poking my neck, but when I got home I found these cuts. The haircut came out as I wanted, but I am apalled that I was cut during my service and not made aware of it.
