I will never go to this location again. Went in for a simple trim and get charged $20, ridiculous. Jessica, which was my hairdresser, didn't even cut my hair right. I don't think she really knows how to cut hair. It's shorter on the right side and I felt pressured into purchasing a product. When I had gone to another store and found something cheaper, I felt as if I was being interrogated as to why I wanted to return the product from before. Terrible.
Extremely slow, checked in at 12 and was told there is a 30 minute wait. I waited and my turn came at 1:30. Was getting a basic trim, it took 40 minutes to do so. Won't be coming back.
First time visiting this one and it was a great day to sit outside. I think they should have the waiting room outside for great days. They let me use a towel to cover my face instead of denying me, cause I left my mask at home. Nicole did my hair and did a great job
My boyfriend got a hair cut from Stacey yesterday... SHE IS BEYOND FANTASTIC!!! He is use to going to a different place in Hales Corners but this blue haired wonder has so much talent and is so sweet he is never going ANYWHERE else! She actually was teaching us about how his hair lays and works with different products. We ended up purchasing the foaming cream hair stuff for him and he loves it! Stacey for all short or men's cuts! This location has a stylist for everyone and all the employees are very experienced!! I didn't get the name of the other stylist there but she was so nice and we all had a great conversation after his hair was finished :)
