Nature Nail & Spa in Greenfield, WI

I was in town to visit attend a Packers game in Greenbay. Decided to get my nails done since I was in vacay and found this little hole in the wall. I didn't have a reservation but they were able to get me in. Theresa was super sweet and made sure I was comfortable. I showed her a sample of what I wanted and she really delivered. She was really quick and thorough. To be honest I don't do acrylic too often because sometimes the techs get kind of aggressive filing. But Theresa was super gentle, it didn't hurt at all. All in all it was a pleasant experience and I loved my nails.

I came for my appointment @ 1:30 for a pedicure (walked in on time). They made me wait 35 minutes until I was finally seated. Mind you; they only had 3 other clients in the store. Finally sat down for my pedicure, the lady doing my pedicure didn't know how to cut down my nails. She even struggled trying to file them. Then she started to clean my cuticles. She stabbed my toes with the cuticle cutter about 4 times until she realized how irritated I got and gave up with the cuticle cutter. She seemed to have no clue how to do a pedicure. Was supposed to be a relaxing experience but she stressed me out the entire time. The scrub she used on my legs before the hot towel made my legs so itchy... that's never happened to me before. I get pedicures once a month for the past 7 years and this was the first time I got itchy irritated inflamed legs after a leg scrub at a salon. The place is also very dirty. The pumice stone looked dirty too so I asked her to not use it on me. The tubs where you put your feet are dirty. they don't clean after the client before you and they don't clean up after you. They don't have much of a polish color selection. 0 stars for cleanliness 0 stars for professionalism 0 stars for experience 0 stars for friendliness 0 stars for quality 0 stars for the entire salon Very disappointing. Will not be coming back. The whole experience was awful. Avoid this place

I have been going here for 10 plus years. My nails look great every time. My nail tech knows exactly the length and shape that I like. They have a ton of nail polish colors to chose from. They have regular polish, gel polish, and dips. It can be busy sometimes so you may have to wait.

I do NOT recommend this place. I was visiting the area and stopped in to get a gel manicure and gel pedicure, not a cheap purchase! I suffer with lung issues as well as other health issues you certainly do not want to hear about here. With that in mind, The chemical odor in the place was insanely dangerous and when I asked the owner if I took the appointment could he leave the door open to ventilate the place as I was concerned for the safety of the workers as well. The temperature was about 45 outside. The owner told me rudely " NO! I pay for heat and your manicure is not worth losing heat with door open. Go find another place." I did. I went to STAR salon about a mile away and was treated to the best manicure ever and the owner there OFFERED to leave the door open when I mentioned I had lung issues. I highly RECOMMEND this place.

There was a nail salon in this strip mall which was an extension of NNI. Yesterday I had a hard time finding a salon that did not have a wait time, so I stopped here. There were 2 clients, one appeared to be getting a manicure and the other may have been waiting for her polish to dry. There were 2 employees, most likely husband and wife, working there. My first impression was how gross it appeared. It was old, outdated and dirty. There were spots all over the carpet. I didn't get a warm feeling. The female worker asked if I had questions. I took another look around and decided to leave without any services. Definitely not affiliated with NNI!!!!!!!!!
