Kims Affordable Cuts in Greenfield, WI

I have been going to this place for over a couple years now. Connie the owner does my hair and does it right so much that she checks and rechecks her work and asks for some info on the previous cut so she can maximize the look. Her place was recently renovated and has new staff as well. Connie is personable and will cut to your desire but also offers suggestions which I needed as my hair tends to 'bunch up' on my right side of head a few days after I get my cut. She readjusted to a bit of thinning in the specific area and I have noticed better styling the critical days AFTER the cut. I say this as I have found the first week after the cut exposes the flaws in any recent cut (at least for me). Connie manages your hair to your head as I believe some of my hair also grows out at a different rate at times. (I also had 'Mary" at the the old 'Affordable Cuts' at the cudahy wis. location and she cut my hair for years she was so good...but has been retired for some time now.) Connie is now my stylist and people compliment me on my looks whenever I just get back from her cutting away so it isn't just me talking away here and I am glad for it.

I have returned to this location several times. The lady I see has done a spectacular job on my cuts every time. Great price too :) Wish I could post a pic of my hair cuts I have gotten.

DO NOT GO HERE! Worst haircut I ever got. What was worse than the horrible haircut I got was the fact that after returning the next day for them to fix it (one side longer and fuller than the other PLUS uneven layers) I was told the owner would call me and she never did. I was in tears as they (THREE OF THEM!) tried to fix the horrible job the stylist did. They even admitted that the stylist did not know how to cut curly hair. This happened over a month ago. Terrible customer service - nice way to deal with unhappy customers. Never setting foot there again! Horrible, horrible experience.

Never mind, I'll probably be sued, for everything that I want, and need to say! Two thumbs down! Peace!

Awful. When you go to get your gray hairs touched up you expect not to walk out with a patch of gray at your forehead (yep, right where everyone sees when they look at you). Spent an hour there & they couldn't even get the brush dabbed onto the hairline & left a patch of gray THAT I SAID THIS SPOT IS THE WORST - IT NEEDS TO BE COLORED. Plus this was after 3 people (owner & two stylists) bickered over what color/brand to use. If you enjoy giving away your money for nothing & wasting your time; by all means go to Affordable Cuts. If you want your hair colored (& why would you be there asking for that if you didn't) get a box from Walgreens or go ANYWHERE else where I'm pretty certain you wouldn't leave with a patch of gray (& this is based on experience since I never had that happen in 20 years of salon coloring). AWFUL!
