Brand new store. Been inside twice. Both times only 1 person cutting. Hour and half wait. If you can't staff it, why even put one in Greenfield?
I believe her name was Ashley, but she gave a great cut on my curly haired boyfriend. He usually comes home with a faux hawk/mullet look, but he just wants a good clean-up with scissors which is exactly what she did. Amazingly.
Follow up to my last visit. Talked to the owner Larry and he was concerned about my visit. Asked me to give them another chance to make things right. Said he would put in the system for a free cut for me. I said ok, everybody deserves a second chance. Went back today 11-28-22 to get the haircut. After waiting 15 minutes in the parking lot for them to open {hours on door different from web}. Was greeted by Assistant Manager and told her I had a free cut coming because of my last not so great experience. She tried my name in various forms and the same with the phone number and NOTHING. She had someone of the same name living in a totally different city. I told her I never even lived in that city. No offer to call Larry or anything. This just proves my first impressions of this place were spot on. Nasty place to go for a haircut. I see other reviews that other customers have had problems with attitude from employees in that store. I can find a lot of other places to take my money and they would be happy to have me as a customer.
Fantastic experience for my son, who is 13. Andrea greeted us with a big smile, even tho we came in near closing time. She was kind, & did a FANTASTIC JOB on my son's hair. We left there with BIG SMILES, & WE WILL GO BACK THERE. Ty!!!
I'm recently out of work and have been saving my last "free" MVP haircut...you know, buy 5 haircuts and the 6th is free on a card. This being Thanksgiving week and an upcoming interview tomorrow, I figure it's a good time to get my free haircut. I show it to the girl (not gonna give her name but it's a Civil War battle as well as a movie about a beagle) and half way through my cut she says she can't honor the free punch but can offer me half-off! So the only money I had to buy my food for the rest of the day went towards a free half off haircut. I will never go to Sportclips again. Mediocre cuts, long waits, zero conversation. Get better service and price at a Great Clips
