Requested long layers in curly hair. Received a chop with "shelf layers. Stylist said I should use "more product" to make my hair look good. No. That's why I paid a "hairstylist". To make my hair look good. Never going back.
Very upset after cut. Asked for my hair to be shortened around my face only. Asked for approximately 1 to 1 and half inches off. Ended up with 3 to 4 inches off. How does this happen you ask. By the time scissor cut number 2 had been made it was to late. My hair line also was so uneven in the back neckline area I had to trim myself when I got home. I have NEVER had a haircut so bad in my 60 years of living on the planet. I didn't confront the employee. Can't handle confrontation and the stress of yelling at someone, even though they deserved it. Thank God hair grows back.

This place was great. I usually go to Ficca's down the street but they keep raising the prices and cutting less hair off so I have to come back more. For a better price, quicker service, and great haircut I would totally recommend this place. Salayah did a great job.
