My friend and I went here to get our nails done. Hers came out fine. Mine on the other hand, did not. I asked for pink French tip with a white line and they gave me plain white French tip. (I even showed a reference photo.) I understand that people make mistakes, they're still cute. Although, they are all different shapes and sizes as well as there being fuzz and lint inside of the acrylic. For example, when I look at my 2 thumb nails, they are not the same length or shape. I was told that this set would cost me $55 and it ended up costing $70. EDIT: I went back in and a different person fixed them. Great customer service
They ruined my natural nails. Instead of doing the service I asked for they literally ripped my acrylic nails off. I could have done that at home. I fully expected them to soak my nails off... The nail technician saw I was in pain and kept going instead of just soaking them off which is what you would go to a NAIL SALON for. as a braider this was devastating!
Never again. First the hours were not updated, so I waited outside 30 min. Not the worst, but they didn't have a price board, at least I didn't see one which means they can make up a price. I got a gel manicure with 4 nails another color, and 2 with 3 little strips. Got to the front and they said $65. Could not believe that. Two weeks later, went elsewhere, showed a picture of what I wanted, again 2 colors and 2 nails with minimal design...$35
