Had my first visit to Great Clips' Malia Jones today and she did an outstanding job. I went from a longish bob to a Twiggy super short cut. I LOVE IT AND STYLIST MALIA! In addition to being an extremely competent stylist she is full of personality and loves her trade. Graciousness abounds as does appreciation for her mentors. I only wish you offered ten star ratings!
I'm a stylist myself and very picky. Went in and only waited a few minutes. Sedena was my stylist and was very experienced and professional. I got a great cut! Everyone there was very friendly. I would highly recommend her!
Come here if you want a botched haircut, lady who cut my hair paid no attention to what I asked for and was distracted the entire time talking to other hairdressers. It was extremely unprofessionally. Would rate this 0 stars if i could. If you see Whitney here RUN!
I came in wanting around 6+ inches cut off and a little layering, just something fresh because I hadn't had a haircut in well over a year. Brittane was my stylist and she really listened to what I was wanting. She asked questions to make sure she understood my vision and did the damn thing! She was confident with every move she made, she made sure I didn't have any tails or unevenness and that I was happy before I got up.
I'll definitely go back to see her!
Checked in online......arrive only to be told that I was taken off the list because it had been more than 90 minutes (which it had not).
So I was checked in again and told it would be 41 minutes. When I pulled up the text verification to show that it was in fact less than an hour ago.... not 90 minutes, then the story changed.....that rule doesn't apply if the wait time is less than an hour. Lady said they called and called, which they absolutely did not, before removing my child from the list.
TERRIBLE customer service.
