Well, I made an appointment for a consultation. I arrived seven minutes early and I was told the hairdresser I was scheduled to consult with had forgotten to write my appointment down and had gone shopping for a hat. Unfortunately I didn't have much time. They said she was close by so I waited until 10 minutes past the appointment time which is about how long a consultation would've taken anyway. She wasn't there yet. That just made me feel like she didn't care because a consultation is free but if it went well, I would have made an appointment. If she didn't write it down, it meant I didn't matter. It just gave me a bad first impression. Aside from that, it's a nice salon. Small, but decorated nice with a small town feel. One customer inside was getting her hair done by a different stylist and her cut and color looked amazing! So it looks like if your hairdresser remembers your appointment it'll turn out good for you. It just wasn't my day.
