Very friendly staff. I liked how the wait time was visible right when I walked in.

Very basic business to get your hair cut at.
Staff was personable, kind, and most importantly efficient.  
Got my hair cut quickly and to the desired length without any hassle for a very reasonable price.

This was the worst place I have ever gotten my hair cut in Davenport. Of course, I wasn't expecting much to begin with, but it was worse than I could have expected. The woman cutting my hair looked bored and uninterested. She didn't introduce herself or anything like that. She asked me what I wanted, and I said I wanted a trim, just an inch, and a slightly layered look, not too high up. As she cut my hair she didn't talk to me so I tried to talk to her. I said I've been trying to get my hair healthier so I that's why I was cutting it, and I've taken to only washing my hair every other day because anyone who knows a thing about hair knows that washing your hair strips it of it's natural oil, and unless your rolling in mud there's no need to wash your hair every 24 hours unless you have an extremely oily scalp.  Some people do. It's kind of silly when you think about it otherwise. Anyway, to demonstrate how much she was actually listening to me, she says "ugh, you don't wash your hair?" And looks at me with disgust. I say "uh, no... I wash my hair... Just not every day..." Then she looks at me like I'm gross and finishes up my hair. She cut 4-5 inches off. My hair went from being to mid breast to shoulder length. I wish I had been watching what she was doing but she turned me away from the mirror. The layers were atrocious. They weren't layers. They were random snips without any angle, they just looked chopped straight. It was horrifying. I didn't complain cause it wouldn't do anything but make her bad attitude worse. I didn't tip. I usually tip 5 dollars for 10 dollar trim that takes under 5 minutes, but she didn't get anything from me. I swear she just scraped her way through Paul mitchell and landed there because otherwise she would have no excuse. And just because your fresh out of the certificate program doesn't mean your going to be bad at cutting hair, but she was bad... She was atrocious, didn't know how to do layers or the difference between 1 inch and 5! I hope she doesn't work there anymore, but I'm not going to be going back to find out.
Had she been friendlier, It would've dulled down my anger over the bad haircut. But she was rude and she did a bad job.
