Can you say drama? Manager was disciplining the stylists in front of everyone. Stylists where arguing with each other. The lady that cut my sons hair was rude and couldn't be bothered to say thank you.

I had pathetic experience with hair dresser Lindsay; she was so unprofessional and rude, does not pay attention on hair cutting and made very bad cuts on my hair. I would suggest that no one should go with her if you love your hair...
If I could give no stars I would. I just got back from Great Clips and the young woman doing my hair was very nice, however that is were my experience goes from good to 'omg, put the scissors down'. I have very thick hair, thick hair should have layers with a bit of texture to have some movement and break up the hair. The haircut I received was horrible. My hair looks like a bush, she cut it way too short. I told her I wanted it trimmed,she proceeded to chop my hair off, a good 2 inches, it looks so bad. And my layers? They are still there but without any movement or texture, she basically took her scissors and chopped across all my layers so they are one length, there is no gradiation or anything. She seemed in a hurry. I will stick to going to my regular 'Five Star Salon and Spa' in the village and leave Great Clips, Cost Cutters, Supercuts to someone with no budget. I should have listened to my boyfriend.
