Everyone loves a before and after! I am please with their availability and the times they offer. My stylist Tati kept me comfortable and informed through every step of our 3 hour process of what was being used and done to my hair. She surprised me with the great effort and work she did. I will be coming back!

First time at this hair studio. First thing I noticed when I walked in was the amazing culture that existed there between the employees. Just an amazing atmosphere that felt very accepting and welcoming. They got me in at a moments notice to come in at my convenience because I start new job tomorrow and needed to get my hair fixed to fit my new position. My hair was a wreck, frizzy, needing cut and the dye job was HORRIBLE. Vanessa deeds not only fixed my terrible existing color to exactly the color that I wanted (she did which by showing me dozens of samples and listening to what I was saying). She also gave me a cut that looks great with my naturally curly hair but also with it being straightened, gave me education on how to style my natural curls and was very amazing to talk to. I've been struggling finding the place to go with my hair that I trust and this is the place. Vanessa is amazing and I plan to go to her in the future!

My daughter had her hair trimmed and had purple put in as well by Danielle on June 24, 2022 @ 10 am. While the initial look was pretty, it turned into a mess when we left the salon. As soon as my daughter started to touch or brush her hair she got purple all over her hands, brush, and any surface she touched. We rinsed and washed her hair due to the amount of purple coming off on to everything even to the point where she had to use a towel to put her head up against anything and the amount of product that was put in my 12 year olds hair. The water literally ran purple for over 10 min.!!!! My bath tub is now tinted purple, my sink has purple lines in it due to strands of hair touching it when she brushed her hair and i have purple fingerprints on my bathroom counter top because she didn't know how badly the purple was spreading everywhere!! Her neck is stained purple and looks bruised- the hair on her neck line was her natural color and it bled through it that bad!! this is very upsetting due to the damages and the amount we paid for the services, we paid #379.50 w/ $50 tip for her and myself!!! In addition they used hemp products on my 12 year old without consent from me. Danielle never asked about any products other than the lightener and the color of the purple she was using!!!!! The coordinator told me all she was able to do was offer color correction and education. NO REFUND!!!!! We know how to care for properly colored hair, it doesn't bleed all over furniture, hands, everything!!! Extremely poor customer service. When I asked to talk to the owner I was told that she would tell her but was out of town until after July 4th.

I'm new to the area and desperately needed my eyebrows waxed. I made an appointment with Kasey. She was so inviting and personable that I decided to schedule a haircut. The last person who cut my hair cut it uneven, so I was super nervous having another cut. Kasey took extra care of me and did exactly what I asked. My hair looks and feels amazing. I loved it so much I made an appointment with her for color. She is amazing!

Danielle was my stylist and unfortunately I was so disappointed. I was hoping to get my hair lightened to about a level 9 and cut just above my shoulders. Neither the cut or the color was what I wanted, even after showing her multiple photos of what I wanted. I know lightening hair can take multiple sessions, but my hair was already fairly light to begin with, and is already pretty yellow after washing my hair only once. It hardly looks any any different than what I had before, and I assume she did not let it process enough because she was short on time. She was only half way through my foils when she told me she wasn't going to be able to do the face wax I had scheduled due to her not having enough time. Yellow aside, the hair is flat and one tone, hardly any dimension at all! I asked for it cut above my shoulders and it was not. She also asked if I needed it styled or if she could just blow dry it for me (again because I think she was rushing to get me done). I responded it was my birthday and I had plans so of course I'd want it styled. However she only quickly curled the bottom half of my hair, which was nothing like the picture of the style I showed her. Additionally, she was kind of rude, asking me questions and making small talk, but then cutting me off while I was speaking to talk to or comment on something the hair stylist next to us said. I did convince her to at least wax my brows instead of the whole face which I had booked, and those look okay. All in all though, she did not take into consideration the cut or color I wanted, was rude and rushing me, and my hair looks hardly any different. It was overall a poor experience and definitely not worth $340!
