The women who cut here don't know how to listen. I asked for half an inch off they took way more than that. I'm not hard to use your listening skills.
I have taken my son to Great Clips in Iowa City and they've always done a phenomenal job. However, that location was booked so I thought I'd take him to this one across town. She pulled his record and it says 1 on the side, finger length on top. He walked out with a buzz cut, it literally is all the same length, you cannot even hold the hair on the top of his head in between your fingers. When she started cutting she showed me how much and I said yes, the next thing I know, it's all gone. If you expect anything other than a buzz cut I do not recommend this Great Clips. The one in Iowa City is amazing though.

Both times I've visited this Great Clips, I checked in on-line and was seen soon after arriving. Both visits met my expectations. They were prompt and the haircut was done without any mistakes. The stylists were professional and courteous.
Parking around this Great Clips can be mildly difficult. I recommend backing into a spot as the blind spots are large if you try leaving the lot.

I was super skeptical (especially after seeing the rating) as I always use the same person to cut my hair back home, but have been to busy working to get an appointment. Christina cut my hair and everything from start to finish was an EXCELLENT and friendly experience. I knew I was dealing with someone who had plenty of experience, as well as someone who cared about others' concerns regarding their hair. She listened to everything I requested, and was never afraid to ask a question or give an option before making a cut. On top of that, the conversation was pleasurable as could be.
