Today I walk in great clip store at 6:10 and the hairstylist was rude to me. I say that the store is closed at 7pm. She was rude attitude and told her that she needs to post the sign "no walk in". There is none. She keeps saying no. Sorry. Four people but the store is not yet by 7pm. I told her to post the sign simple. She really is so rude. I told her that I put review. I had been here for my hair cut for once per two months. I have no problem but now I never go back again. I went to cost cutter and they did hair cut quickly. I appreciate.... Your store needs to improve.
I took my son here to get his haircut today, he's been here before and never an issue. when the cut was finished I had to point out that the back of his neck hair line was crooked. the stylist fixed it but seem annoyed that I even pointed it out. now a few hours have past and I'm looking at my son and see CUTS all over the back of his neck!!!!!!! Very very upset about this, I tried to call to talk to someone but they have already closed. this makes me not want to bring my son back for these services
Luckily my family and I have a sense of humor and know it's just hair and can be fixed. I'm not going to call out the lady by her name but lawwwwd you messed my brother up for his first day of school! It's alright though ... apparently he told the lady he thought it looked fresh.
Two out of three stylists do not have masks and the third has hers below her nose. Not sure why they don't care about customers.
I tried explaining to Chelsea how I wanted the exact same haircut i already have and explained the razor sizes, and where to stop and everything but instead she took a guard-less buzzer and buzzed off all of the hair on the sides of my head that i've been trying to grow out. I stopped her after it was too late and adjusted to a higher undercut; which would have been fine if she didn't run the buzzer so high up on one side that it wasn't even a strait line anymore. She almost sent me away with half may hair clearly higher on one side than the other until i took a closer look and asked her to raise the lower side. I walked out with half as much hair as i would have liked to. She didn't listen and now ill be spending months trying to get my hair back to what it was. Totally ticked...
