Had the WORST experience here today and I am so upset about it. The young guy who did my pedicure was so horrible from the moment he started until when I had to say something. I asked for a fill for my big toe (the nail was broken I got it done the time before by a diff lady) he proceeded the shave my nail and then accidentally almost dropped it so he went on my skin I said it's ok.. I started to feel weird that he didn't know what he was doing. Again he proceeded on and added the acrylic powder then he used his GLOVE finger and started scratching it off. NEVER have I seen that ??? I was like wtf? Then it dried when he went to buff it he realized he messily put the powder on my SKIN. He started to separate my skin to get it unstuck. I said I'm confused as to what you're doing...he said I got it on your skin. I'm like what???? After speaking up some other skinny tall guy came to fix it and I told him I didn't want him back. I got a new lady which she made the rest of the time there better.
I am just fucking appalled as to why he did my nail like that from the jump. It was like he had no experience whatsoever... upon paying I told the host I didn't like my experience. She's like I'll see if you can get money off. I told the guy my experience and he kept saying sorry and explaining what the guy was doing which I understand but it still didn't make my experience BETTER. I came to the nail salon twice before - no problems and they were all ladies taking care of me. I was there today to relax before my vacation tomorow and it made me so upset I didn't get that. He gave me 5$ off my visit. I am in no way looking to get free stuff. I was fine with paying $35 I just wanted a better solution than a "sorry".
I am never coming back. This used to be my spot. So annoyed.
Great service, this place was recommended by a friend! They were quick and efficient. I love my nails. The nail techs and receptionist were very kind and welcoming. I'll definitely be back!
When I entered the salon, I loved the atmosphere. It was fresh, modern and clean. Lots of nail techs which I can appreciate and many seats to accommodate large crowds. I was greeted at the entry and immediately sat down for a pedicure. They handed me a color wheel to choose from after I explained the pedicure I wanted. The guy who did my pedicure was nice but my service felt rushed. He completed my pedicure in 15 min. I mean he was extremely fast which made me feel as though he did mot thoroughly clean my cuticles, etc. I would come back to get serviced by someone but not the same guy. He didn't even clean the toes where the polish got on the skin. Ehhh, my experience was just okay!
Rushed service, I asked them to fix my nail they had attitude about it. Save your money go somewhere else.
The service at Bliss is not the same. The actual pedi and manis are decent still, but the wait time and the reliability have changed. If you happen to go on a day when they're not busy, you may leave satisfied, but uf it's the least bit busy, you'll most likely leave disappointed. They might seat you right away but you won't be actually serviced for quite a while. I don't like that. Be honest and give me the opportunity to decide whether I want to wait or not.
