Made an appointment here for my wife and my daughter, when I told the man that I didn't want my daughter to get gel they all of the sudden couldn't do my daughters nails anymore. This is after she was sitting in the chair and mentally preparing herself to get her nails painted. She is 4 years old!!! A couple of the other staff members saw my daughter and that she was crying and asked the manager to do them and he told them no. Do not bring your kids here if you are not willing to be forced to get services that you don't want. They will get them out of the chair for someone that is going to make them more money! I understand that money talks but when it's a 4yr old that just wants to get her nails painted next to her mom maybe there should be an exception!
I love the service and my pedi always great I just hate I spend a $100 dollars for a full set and my nails lift after 3 days, and this has happened multiple times, think about just going to another salon, but I love king nails customer service
Poor customer service, rude technicians, price of service is different every time I go even though I get the same thing and technicians have trouble communicating. My last pedicure was awful and was my last. The technician acted as if she didn't know what she was doing or didn't want to be there. I would not recommend.
First time was amazing. Second time.... I asked for a fill in on my big toe... didn't get it... just painted over my real toe ... charged for a whole set like I got a fill in but whatever...
Great customer service. Song normally does mine. Very sweet and she takes her time! Highly recommend
