Incompetent. Worst Haircut Ive ever gotten. They don't listen to what u want. One woman cut my hair how she thought I looked good, not how I wanted it. Absolutely terrible. You would have better luck cutting your own hair.
I did the check in at 6:20 pm. Said 17 minute wait. I wait outside. At 6 :57 customer walks out. She tells me they are closed. She can see my name on the monitor that I was checked in. So sad. Think I will be back?
This location is brutal. First time there I was given a "new" stylist and was basically used as a lab rat. Hair got butchered and the manager had to try and fix it. Second time I got some lady who obviously had just got done chain smoking menthols and it was clear she did not want to cut my hair...wearing baggy jeans and a sweatshirt and I honestly don't even know if she was an employee. Unprofessional, bad customer service, and just a horrendous experience. Do not go to this location unless you plan on getting a buzz cut. It's worth the extra 5 mile drive to go to Champlin or Maple Grove. Both time there was also Jimmy Johns employees from next door just loitering sitting on chairs socializing with the Great Clips employees which goes to show they obviously weren't concerned about the quality of my haircut. STAY AWAY!
Was going to write this review right after I left the store, I forgot. So now I'm telling you that they give great hair cut no matter who you are. Great people to be around and a positive environment.
Service is great but I got my haircut and it looked like she gave me a good cut but once I straightened my hair I noticed that my hair was cut unevenly and it was very choppy
