I'm not one to write review, and despite all the bad reviews and low rating I still went in for a trim and toner. Price was not bad but service ? It's OK. After toner, she blow dried my hair but it's not even dry yet and she said we're done and good to go. Really ?? She did really bad with trimming too. I went to many places before and they would fully dry my hair and offer to straighten or curl it. This is the worst experience I've had so far. Not coming back.
I had made an appointment 3 days prior over the phone and when I arrived for my 3:30pm appointment with Heather I was told she had left for the day and had no record of me making appointment. I have been going her for years and slowly it has been going south. I am gonna change salons
Fantastic Sam's as a whole is crappy. Had a friend's niece's 10 year old's hair cut here after an unfortunate incident where she tried cutting her own hair. They fixed it, cutting it short. The place was clean, overall. Quite standard. Prices are fair, anyone who complains about them needs to start cutting their own hair, if they honestly can't afford $25 for salon service; yikes.
Took my daughter in for a cut. Quoted 30 minutes, but the wait was 90 minutes. I stopped going here due the the constant increase in price (now at $21). There is nothing to draw someone here. I'm glad I've been saving money and frustration and using great clips.
Don't ever come here. I was told the wait would be 20-30 minutes for 90 minutes. They have the person sweeping telling this to everyone, apparently. Then a woman who who comes in *after* I was checked in says , "oh no, my Jordan is first" and they just go with it. "Oh really, we'll just take your word for that then." Rich Bitch Privilege is an accepted currency in trade at this place, apparently. Finally just walked out. Completely ridiculous. Read the other reviews, the customer service is ridiculously poor. And I just wanted an eyebrow wax, it would have only taken 10 minutes!!!!
