I have been to many Great Clips in the Bay Area with different haircut outcomes at all of them. I'll go to one, one day and get a great haircut, the very next time I'll get a bad haircut. It's happen at every Great Clips I have gone too. But with this GC, they are by far the most consistent. I also get great services and a wonderful haircut. The young lady today that fit my hair did an excellent job. I didn't get her name, but she had lots of tattoos, blonde hair, and 2x nose rings.
Very professional barbers. Their stylists keep a record of your past visits and how you prefer to style your hair. It makes a visit very comfortable knowing your preferences and that you will walk away confident that you have been treated well. I particularly like the discount for seniors as it enables me to give the savings as a gratuity to my barber!
absolutely horrible. we usually go to a salon with our usual stylist, but we didn't want to schedule and wait so we just did a walk in. MISTAKE. I don't know which stylist we got but my daughter wanted only 2 inches off her hair and layers at the end. We ended up with over 2 inches off and a literal chunk cut way shorter than the others by her ear on both sides. I don't even understand how you can make a mistake like that. The stylist had no idea what she was doing. She needs to be fired. It sounds like i'm exaggerating but i'm not. Instead of 2 inches off she'll now probably have to end up with 8 inches to make it even.
The hair cutter was precise cutting my hair . .took great patience and cut my hair tooooooooooooooo short on the sides.
Took my son in Mother's Day to get a haircut. We got seen right away. Theresa was pleasant and did a great job. She was very friendly and my son didn't mind her cutting his hair. Would recommend asking for her if you have little kids
