This place is amazing and they always do a great job but be prepared to wait!!! I had an appointment at 6 and didn't get seated until after 7 and this happens almost EVERY time. If my appointment is at 2 I won't be seen until at least 3. I don't even know why I bother making an appointment if they aren't going to honor it anyways.
I'm not the type to complain about certain things, but this one really pissed me off. I came in to get my nails off mind you it probably takes less than 10 mins the lady tells me to come then she stopped talked in her language with a few others then turns around tells me to come tomorrow and we have a big party and we close early! First of all I'm coming 2 hours before closing you have no big party I see 3 people free why is it because it only 10$ to charge me and I'm not getting other services. On top of that you wana tell me when it's best for you to have me in to come tomorrow? You guys are money hungry no customer service what so ever.
I've been searching for a new place to go all over Brentwood so I tried Dazzling Nails. After reading reviews, I scheduled an appt with John. I came in and like others, the decor was nice, there are lots of chairs, but it didn't feel "warm" in there. Like friendliness was not filling the space. They definitely paid more attention to their regulars than establishing a relationship with anyone new. I get seated in a spa chair for my fill/mani. I liked that I could have them done both at the same time but, I didn't like how they wouldn't let me look at the different polishes so I could choose what I wanted! They kept telling me later later. Didn't like that. They had a variety of options and I wanted to check them out. Why tell me no Then I had to tell John 3x that whatever he was doing on my nail was burning, I dunno if it was the speed of the acrylic tool or him pressing down but it was not a pleasant experience. He couldn't give me what I asked for (aura nails) but I'm satisfied with the ombré+chrome ones I got (pictured.) I decided to get my eyebrows waxed and this is how I look 2 days after. NEVER will I go there again nor do I recommend them. For $140, not including tip, not worth the pain I went through.
Once again great job by my guy Dan- Always fits me in, transforms my nails no matter how bad they look comin in! (& they were bad this time!) & so Eager to please. Does what ever you ask... Great pedicures as well, & everyone is so accomodating here... convenient location as well. If you need a nail place, I highly reccomend
