Luxury Nails in Brentwood, CA

Do not patronize this establishment,Lily caused two different fingers on my hand to become infected by drilling holes in them, I was on antibiotics both times, very painful,the place is not very clean

Went here with my sister since our regular place was booked. We both had pedicures, which were just ok. Not much pressure on the "massage." The lady who painted my toe nails completely missed the sides of almost all my nails! My sister also got a full set, which she requested to be short since she cant have long nails for work. I had sat next to her to keep her company, and the lady who did her nails, clumped the acrylic on super thick. She did eventually file them down a little more, but there wasnt any real filing around the cuticle. I asked if she could shape them for her a little more since they were so square and she tried saying she couldn't since her nails were "too short." When my sister went to show me the thickness, you could see the lady had basically glued my sisters nails to her skin with the acrylic, and since they were so thick, you could hardly press the finger tip (skin) away from the nail to separate it. Talking about separation. One of my sisters nails wasn't even completely glued to her natural nail, leaving a gap! Which we know can trap water and cause fungus! She brought it up to the nail tech and all she did was run a file over the tip of the nail. Not closing the gap! She was sitting right next to the owner, and the owner looked over at it but still didnt say or do anything!

I love this place! I've gone here three different times had three different nail techs and they've always done an impeccable job. It's been along time since I've been able to find a place they can use square nails. The staff is very friendly, and the place is really clean.

I made an appointment for a pedicure and dip manicure to get ready for my maternity photoshoot and I really wanted to treat myself since I haven't had my nails done since covid started. I was told to call before coming to the appointment which I did. I also knocked on the door to be let in because they were keeping the door locked. I felt comfortable at first since it was just me and one other person getting a pedicure. The pedicure done by lily's mom(lily the owner) was nice however it went downhill after that. I was directed to lily's husband to do my dip manicure(still unsure if he is licensed to do nails), he was friendly at first, but that quickly changed when i noticed the manicure was not going so well. He kept speaking to lily asking whats next...lily said buff a few times. I didnt say anything until close till the end because I thought maybe im overthinking this. He tells me he's done and says "beautiful". I said the nail shapes are different and pointed to a few. I also asked if he was going to cut the cuticles (which is done in any manicure) and he says thats extra. Which I was confused because I'm paying full price for a dip MANICURE and you didn't you the manicure part. I asked if the nails could be fixed and if i could have my cuticles cut. The dip was also super super thick.. At this point he gets very upset and says it will take an hour to fix. Lily at this point says we won't charge, he gets even more mad. I explained its not about the money, i have a maternity photoshoot and want my nails done nicely. He throws the foil and cotton balls on the table in front of me. Which had me scared, keep in mind in 7 months pregnant and im watching a adult business owner throw a tantrum like a child. He starts to yell, saying i'll take it off and go somewhere else. I had to ask him to stop yelling at me. Finally lily steps in to start removing the thick dip which actually took 2 rounds of soaking and scraping to get off. She offered to redo it the dip. So I let her. Keep in mind I was there 3Hours!! No water no food...felt more prison like than a nice pampering. I paid full price for all services. I Do NOT RECOMMEND coming here unless you want to pay for someone to treat you like a second class citizen and do a poor job on top of that.

I had gotten my bails done by Lily and I am beyond impressed with how much she took her time to make sure I got the right nail shape and color I wanted. So friendly and kept checking in to make sure it is exactly what I wanted. Amazing work! They are also very careful with covid precautions and have barriers and sanitizers everywhere Lily is the best!
