I went here last week because my mom had a good experience. My hair stylist spent a whopping five minutes on my hair and didn't understand that I only wanted 1/2 an inch off, not 2 and 1/2 inches. My hair actually looks decent because it was getting on the long side and because it's so straight that it's hard to do a bad job on. If you have short hair or textured hair or a style that requires any bit of attention or artistry, I would stay away. The manager actually comped my hair because I was a little upset by the results. She then said "you're welcome!" really sarcastically, which pretty much ended any sliver of good will I had toward the place or its employees.
I liked going there but showed up today and their Teal Blvd location is permanently closed. Who knew?
Um people who work at great clips either need to keep learning how to cut hair, or work on their customer service. People are paying YOU to cut their hair. I'm sorry u get the rude customers here and there but when someone has to keep repeating themselves on what kind of hair cut they want and YOU KEEP DOING IT WRONG, Thats a YOU problem. Yall need to shut your business down or something because every person I know has the WORST experience with yall. Every store. Especially this one.

Priscilla fixed a bad haircut I received elsewhere. She was informative, friendly, and cared about what I actually wanted.
I only come here because of the Vietnamese lady Da. She does a very good job and I never let anyone else cut my hair but her. She is fast and efficient but only works limited days so I would recommend calling ahead to ask if she is going to be working. She listens and takes notes about how you like your hair cut.
