Ruined my hair... Years later it still wont grow back right.  The did layers on it and the way they did it years later the layers have not even out. Would not recommend you go here and its one of my biggest regrets ever.

Katie did a very good job on cutting my hair. I've been to other places in the area and she was the best hair dresser I've had, she knows what she is doing.

I went there to get the "permanent straightening" for my hair.  Katie helped me.  She was extremely distracted, she was coloring someone else's hair and cutting someone else's hair.  She "forgot" the solution on my hair.  WHAT?  I said to her, "Shouldn't you be washing this off now?"  She said, "Oh my goodness, oh my goodness, yes.  Hurry, hurry."  Needless to say, my hair is burned, melted, frizzy.  I cannot even get a comb through it.  I will not be returning.

This is not a good place they ruined my hair. It was the second time I had been there the first time I was unhappy but thought I'd give it another chance it was worse my healthy hair is completely fried from over-processed highlights she left it on way too long so much so I had to rip off the cape as I myself was overheating. When I got there my hair was in a ponytail and dirty when we took out the rubber band it was a mess she started doing the highlights without even coming through my hair one time. I have never had that done ever.
I should have known because when I was in there there was a customer complaining that her hair was ruined as well.

The lady was 10 minutes late opening the store for my first-of-the-day appointment. The place was filthy- bathroom was major yuck, there were old nail clippings and hair everywhere... Apparently walk-in hair cuts take priority over my mani/pedi appointment. Twice she went to do a hair cut and left me waiting. Also, she was cuticle-scissor happy and literally cut skin from all around my fingertips and toes. My toes actually hurt now walking in slippers, and I have to go on an international flight tonight- lots of airport walking. Great. Oh- and she turned the movie 'Revenant' on at 9:30 in the morning, without checking with me. Waaaay too much blood and gore for that kind of assumption. My second and LAST time there.
