This man is in town for his father's funeral. He stopped in for a hair cut the day before services. The pictures speak for themselves. This is my father in law and I'm livid. I cannot believe they did this and let him walk out with such a poor hair cut. We were leaving services when I noticed or I would have brought him to have them fix it or take him elsewhere. Great clips has a really bad reputation and it's their own fault, but you'd think they could at least do a men's haircut.
After getting 2 horrible hair cuts at Smart Style after fantastic Sams closed, I decided to head to great clips to cut my hair after two long years. The girl who cut my hair was SO nice! She talked to me the entire time and made me feel so welcome! I checked in before I came and when I arrived we were only sitting for a few minutes before they had me back. I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted and she did it no problem! The staff is so friendly and sweet!
Paid $18.99 to get my eyebrow and lip waxed. Morgan S waxed off half of my eyebrow and the manager only refunded me $8 even though I now have to wait months for it to grow in. Very unprofessional and would not recommend!
Ok. But seems more like they want to get you out of there quick rather than make sure your haircut is what you want or asked for.
