Went to this place as I was in town for the week and I had an awful experience. She was rough with my nails and not pleasant at all. And seemed very upset that I asked for a simple design. My nails were bumpy and within two days the design peeled off of two nails. I went back to get them fixed and the gentleman was very rude to me that I even asked to fix the nails. I paid good money for them to only last a few days. He was nice to the "regular" customers but not a new client. Never going back.

Go get fab nails done for St Patrick's Day.  Always professional and friendly. You will walk out happy.

My friend and I had an appointment for pedicures at 2:30. We walked in and the staff did not acknowledge us. We finally got into the chairs around 3. The staff were seemingly agitated and did not have any customer service skills. The water was boiling hot and the staff did not start the service for another 10 minutes after we were seated. Staff did not follow specific directives regarding what we wanted or didn't want during our pedicure, and were not kind at all. The woman who did my pedicure cut my toenails to induce ingrowns and it is very painful. My other toenails are not consistently the same length or filed the same way. When we went up to pay, the staff were openly upset that we didn't come with cash payment. I continually asked how we were supposed to tip and the woman who did my nails kept saying "you paid with a card!!" Unsure when it became a rule that you couldn't tip on a credit card. This was nothing short of a $35 pedicure experience. Save your money and go somewhere else!

i've gone many times and the staff is very friendly. I haven't asked for very complicated nails, but they have all come out nice.

I have gone to get my nails done here a dozen different times and it is very hit and miss...  They do pretty good on dip nails, but I went in today and did not have the greatest experience. I got a mani pedi with regular polish and it turned out terrible! First of all, my nails were cut and then 8 out of 10 of them were misshaped- literally noticeably longer on one side than the other. The polish was then gouped on and would not dry, even after a hour of sitting there! The lady told me it was because I got regular polish instead of shellack. Which is odd, because when I paint my own nails with regular polish it does not take them over a hour to dry... Plus, if you can not do something well, then don't offer the service and charge for it! On the up side, the staff are super friendly, but I will not be going back...
