Husband I went for pedicure not impressed at all 2 techs talked in native language if you asked question they said I don't know didn't massage or. Sunday the 18th I made an appointment for 2pm for myself, my daughter and my mom. She was visiting from California. My mom and daughter got a pedicure and I was getting a manicure. They took them first while I waited for someone to start on my nails. I was waiting for 30mins and some ladies walked in with no appointment and they started on her nails first, I felt that was very unprofessional and not good customer service. I told them I no longer wanted my nails done, but they insisted on doing my nails anyways so I let them, I had Don do my nail, he was nice in the beginning until I noticed he was rushing on my nails and not doing a good job and when I point that out he seemed to be bothered by that, and they also rushed on my mom's pedicure and did a really bad job! And on my nails he left all this white stuff around my nails and didn't even bother cleaning them up, I was disappointed with whole service and this was my first time being there! I paid over $100 including the tip. It was a very disappointing experience for us!

My daughter and I were traveling and decided to stop in and get our nails done! They did such a great job!! Took their time and were so sweet! I only wished we lived closer and could come back! I also did get my eyebrows waxed and they look great!
Went to get a mani pedi 4 days ago. Gel mani is already coming off/growing out and my toes look like a kid did them, barely covered in polish on the toe nails and chipping. I would ask for my money back but we all know how that goes. Won't return back or recommend them.
