The waits have actually gotten much better. We go to a designated stylist, and generally do not have to wait for our appointment time more than five minutes. However, very disappointing to see the new owners are not offering the "buy two haircuts, get the third five dollars off" deal. This is advertised in the email newsletter: Why would I receive a newsletter, when you are a non-participating location? I strongly consider the owners to reconsider the value in offering this benefit. Otherwise, it sure gives the optics of pure profiteering, vs. a program that was previously popular.
Dede cut my husbands beautiful curly hair and she did a great job!! We'll definitely be back.
This place was horrible. When my daughter sat down I told the woman what we wanted but that she could always ask her "she knows what she wants".
I had to take a work phone call and the woman wouldn't even speak to my child and ask her if the cut was okay, etc.
I appreciate this is a children's hair salon but if I tell you my daughter can decide for herself you should listen and then treat my child with enough respect to ask her and not just me.

We were looking for somewhere to take the kids to get their hairs cut. Our youngest is 2 and we hadn't gotten his hair cut before.
We decided to try this place out. Our 8 year old went first to get her hair trimmed so that the youngin' could see how it works. When his turn came, he did great! Mostly because of the stylist that was cutting his hair. She did an amazing job! Asked us what we wanted and listened to every request. He had a great time and his cut turned out great! They have a package for first time hair cuts where they take a before and after pic, save some trimmings, and give you 2 certificates.
Just a heads up, they basically have a toy store in the front of the shop so be prepared.
All-in-all, we had a great experience and will be back!
